Mail, SMS and WhatsApp Automation

Reach your customers again at the right moment. Build the flow once and it runs for every customer by itself.

What do the automations do?

You set up the messages that reach a customer at the right moment once, then forget them. And you see which flow actually works from the numbers the panel records — not from guesswork.

Abandoned cart

Follow up on abandoned carts, step by step

The series ships ready in the panel: an instant reminder when the cart is left, a short message a day later, a discounted offer on day three. Steps, timings and channels are all yours to change.

Triggers

What goes out on which event is already defined

Cart abandoned, new sign-up, order received, being prepared, shipped and order completed are all built in. Turning a flow on or off is enough — no code and no separate marketing tool.

Three channels

Email, SMS and WhatsApp in one flow

You pick the channel per step: the first reminder by email, the second by SMS, the third on WhatsApp. No three tools, three invoices and three separate lists to keep.

Measurement

Do not guess what it earns — measure it

For every flow, how many were sent, opened, clicked and unsubscribed is recorded separately. Open and click rates, a 30-day series and the best performing flows are shown in the panel, so you compare what works with numbers.

AI drafting

Describe the series and let it be drafted

Describe the series you want in a sentence and the steps, waits and message drafts are prepared. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

Consent

Consent and opt-out, handled for you

Nothing goes out on a channel without consent. Every message carries an opt-out link and whoever leaves drops off the list automatically — you do not track the legal side by hand.

Three channels, three separate setups

The same flow can go out on all three channels, but their setups and rules differ. Here is each one on its own.

Email

You start sending before you have set anything up

You can enter your own SMTP details; if you do not, order and automation mail goes out from the SUSOFTECH server in your store’s name. No notification is lost to "SMTP was never configured". You edit the template in the panel.

SMS

The panel draws the line between consented and not

An order notification needs no consent, a marketing message does — and you do not track that line yourself. A delayed reminder goes to whoever left a basket or a payment step, but only to registered customers who consented. Whether it arrived shows in the deli

WhatsApp

You connect your WhatsApp number from one screen

Sending needs a template Meta has approved; you create it in the panel and follow the approval in the same place. Because connecting a number runs through a signed bridge, your access token never moves to another domain.

Customers you already won drift away quietly

Finding a new customer costs far more than bringing back an existing one.

Email · SMS · WhatsApp Three channels from one flow

Sent, opened, clicked Counted in the panel rather than guessed

  • Abandoned carts

No reminder reaches the visitor who added to cart and left, so the sale never closes.

  • Sending messages by hand

Bulk lists are built manually and go out after the moment has passed.

  • Stuck on one channel

Email alone means low open rates and messages that never land.

How it works at

Turn on a ready flow, adjust the wording, publish.

  1. 1- Choose a flow

Cart recovery, order confirmation, shipping notice, birthday and win-back flows arrive ready.

  2. 2- Pick the channel

Send the same flow by email, SMS or WhatsApp — or more than one.

  3. 3- Set the timing

You decide after how many hours, how many times and under what condition it sends.

  4. 4- Measure the result

See how many orders each flow produced and rewrite the copy accordingly.

What you gain

A flow built once works like a salesperson who never takes a day off.

Lost carts come back

A reminder and a small incentive close part of the unfinished orders.

No team needed to send

Building lists, scheduling and sending leave your hands.

You reach the right channel

Critical notices by SMS/WhatsApp, campaigns by email.

Customers stay informed

Order and shipping notices go out automatically, so support load drops.

Setting up an automation takes minutes

Open a ready-made scenario in one click, or describe what you want in a sentence. No code, no separate tool, no agency.

Setup

Two ways in, both landing in the same place

Abandoned cart, welcome and shipping-update series ship ready in the panel — you just switch them on. Want your own? Describe it in a sentence and the steps, waits and message drafts are prepared. Either way the result is a DRAFT: you edit the wording, approve
