Every time stock changes it is written down with the figure before, the figure after, the reason and the order number where there is one. “Where did this product go” is answered from the record, not from memory. Stock never falls below zero.

Profit is revenue less the cost of goods and every discount given — coupons, dealer discounts and points discounts all land in that calculation. You supply the shipping cost assumption. If any line has no purchase price entered, the panel says so separately, so you know what the profit figure does not cover.

Does the Free plan expire?

No. The Free plan has no time limit; you upgrade when you are ready.

Will my data be migrated when I upgrade?

There is no migration. You stay in the same panel; products, orders, customers and URLs stay put, only the open features grow.

Is there a commission on payments?

Paid plans carry no transaction fee. The Free plan applies 3.99% per transaction. Your bank’s or provider’s own fees are separate.

Which marketplaces can I connect today?

Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11 and Pazarama are open. İdefix, PttAVM, Çiçeksepeti and Amazon TR are on the roadmap — marked “soon” on this page.

How many marketplaces can I connect?

Starter 2, Plus 4; Platinum has no limit. The Free plan has no marketplace integration.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee, and on Plus and Platinum setup support is included.

What exactly does the AI do?

Two separate things. The AI tools help you inside the panel (writing copy, drafting campaigns, finding settings) and are open on every plan. The AI customer assistant drafts replies to your customers and is Platinum only.

Can I use my own shipping contract?

Yes. You can start with Susoftech contracted carriers through TryOto and define your own agreement once you have one.
