Every way of taking money, on one panel

Virtual POS, bank transfer, payment on delivery and dealer accounts — each one switches on separately and you decide separately who sees it. The card number never touches your server.

What it does on the payment side

Six headings, six screens that genuinely exist in the panel. There is no single right way to take money; you decide which one opens to whom.

Methods

Five payment methods, five separate switches

Virtual POS, bank transfer, cash on delivery, card on delivery and dealer accounts. Each switches on and off on its own; turning one off leaves the others alone.

Rules

You choose who sees which method

Cash on delivery can be members-only and the dealer account dealers-only. A fixed or percentage service charge can also be set per method.

Instalments

The instalment table shows on the product page

The tiers are 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12. You enter the commission rate for each, and the panel builds the table against the product price and shows it to the customer.

Security

The card number never touches your server

The customer enters their card on the provider’s own screen, verification happens there and only the result comes back. Your provider keys are not sitting in the database in the open either.

Transfers

Start selling while the POS application is pending

You enter the bank name, IBAN and account holder in the panel once; the customer sees them at the payment step and pays by transfer. The store works before your POS comes through.

Dealers

Let dealers put orders on their account

You do not take payment from dealers on every order; the amount comes off their account. Where a balance falls short you choose whether the method hides entirely or shows disabled with the reason.

Virtual POS providers ready to connect

All six arrive integrated; you decide which one to work with, enter your details in the panel and switch it on. No separate development.

Virtual POS

Lidio
iyzico
PayTR
Param
Paynet
Sipay

Which provider you sign with, and at what commission, is between you and them — SUSOFTECH does not sit in the middle.

Payment setup is what delays the launch

The store is ready before there is anywhere to take the money.

The POS application drags on

While the application, contract and testing run their course, the store is open but cannot take a sale.

Everyone is shown the same method

Restricting cash on delivery, or opening a separate method for dealers, is left undone.

The instalment table is worked out by hand

When a commission rate changes, the table on the product page is left stale.

Frequently asked

Do you store card details?
No. The customer enters their card on the payment provider’s own screen, verification happens there and only the result comes back to your store. The card number is stored neither by us nor by you.
Which virtual POS providers can I work with?
Lidio, iyzico, PayTR, Param, Paynet and Sipay arrive integrated. You sign the agreement, enter your details in the panel and switch the method on.
Can I sell before I have a virtual POS?
Yes. Entering your bank transfer details and switching the method on is enough; payment on delivery opens the same way. You add the POS once your application comes through.
Who sets the instalment rates?
You do. You enter the commission rate for each tier in the panel and the table is built against the product price. The tiers are 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12.
Can I open a method to certain customers only?
Yes. Visibility (everyone, members, guests, dealers) and customer group (all, dealers only, retail only) are set per method, and a fixed or percentage surcharge can be added.
