How long does connecting a channel take?

You install nothing; the panel is web based and runs in the cloud around the clock.

  1. Add your channel account

    You enter the API details you get from the marketplace’s own panel.

  2. Connect your XML feed

    Add your supplier files. If the same feed has been set up before, its settings come ready and you do not map it from scratch.

  3. Matching and price rules

    AI fills in the category, the attributes and the variants; you set the margin, the desi-based pricing and the rounding.

  4. Go live and let the hourly sync run

    Products open on the channels and the stock-and-price cycle starts. The integration is free to try for 7 days.

Frequently asked about marketplace integration

Is there an extra fee for feeds or product counts?
No. There is no charge for the number of feeds you connect or the products and variants you transfer. The price depends on how many marketplaces you connect.
Do I have to match categories by hand?
No. AI reads the category, fills in the required attributes and maps the variants, and it takes seconds. If the same feed has been set up before, the settings come ready. You can still change the result in the panel.
Does this module also run orders, shipping and invoicing?
No. Its scope is the product, price and stock flow from supplier to marketplace. The panel does show profit analysis per order, but order, shipping, invoice and return management do not run here. If you want the order operation handled end to end, the order module in the Susoftech E-Commerce platform does that.
How often are stock and prices updated?
