Let us be plain about the route to accounting

There is a ready connection for Paraşüt, switched on from the panel. If you use other accounting or ERP software, the connection is built over the API — or you simply download the reports as files.

What you get on the accounting side

Four headings and an honest boundary: we say plainly what is ready and what is not.

Paraşüt

If you use Paraşüt the connection is ready

You connect your account to the panel and invoice creation moves to the Paraşüt side. You can try it in test mode before switching it on.

The boundary

We do not present a connection that does not exist

The ready connector today is for Paraşüt only. There is none for systems such as Logo, Mikro or Netsis — and finding that out after buying would not be right.

API

Your own system connects over the API

You read from the order, product and stock endpoints and write where you need to. Event notifications tell you the moment something changes.

Files

If you would rather not connect, a file is enough

You download the reports as CSV, Excel or PDF and send them to your accountant; your filters and date range travel with the file.

Ready connector: Paraşüt

You connect your account from the panel and invoice creation moves to the Paraşüt side. You can run it in test mode first and switch to live once you have seen the result.

  • Test first, then go live

Run the connection in test mode and switch to live once you have seen the result.

  • No ready connector for Logo, Mikro or Netsis

Those connect through the API and file export. Finding out after you buy would not be right.

  • Works with no connection at all

Download reports as CSV, Excel or PDF and send them to your accountant.

The accounting side is always carried by hand

At month end, tables are copied across one by one.

Data is moved manually

Order and revenue tables are copied off the screen and sent.

Nobody knows which connection exists

The integration promised at purchase turns out not to be there.

Invoices live in two places

The store record and the accounting record drift apart.
